Cancellation Policy
Cancellations excepted 24hrs before appointment. No call / no show blocked . Reschedule must be done 48hrs before including any changes of the service or hairstyle. Nonrefundable deposit !! 1 deposit / 1 appointment . If you cancel you will have to do another deposit if rescheduling is not available.
15 minutes late , okay if I don’t have anyone after you , 20 minutes appointment canceled. Example of your appointment is at 11:30 & you arrive at 11:50 your appointment is canceled & you will not receive a deposit back.
